Meet Teresa

Teresa Ahloy’s career in real estate began in 1997, and since that time, she has been involved in all aspects of the business. Teresa has worked in new home sales for custom builders Jayman and Baywest, invested in property on her own behalf, and has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2003. This allows her to offer her clients an extra level of service by guiding them in a direction which is right for their financial situation. To further round out her skills, Teresa adds an eye for design. She has experience with both house design for new homes and renovations. This allows her to offer an extra layer of perspective when advising clients.

Teresa always strives to do what is best for her clients. With strong experience, customer service, negotiating skills and communication, she puts clients’ needs first and can always be relied upon for an honest opinion. Teresa lives by the motto: “My clients’ number one goal is my number one goal.” A glance at Teresa’s testimonials is proof of the real-world application of this motto. She always goes to great lengths to accommodate clients and ensure they end up having the best possible real estate experience.

When time allows, Teresa loves to keep active with golf, running and volunteering. She is an avid supporter of the ECL Choppers for Charity event with The Rotary Flames House (Alberta’s first pediatric hospice). Teresa is also proud to contribute to the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society (AARCS) and Ronald McDonald House Charities with every real estate transaction.
